  • Online Meditation | Wednesdays 6:30am (UK time)

    From the Himalayas to your home: Join my weekly Wednesday morning guided meditation sessions for 20 minutes of practise. Log on and tune in. Using ancient tools that help with stress reduction, improved focus and emotional balance to name just a few! I will guide you through a simple yet powerful morning practise that will prepare you for the day and leave you feeling more present and more here and now.

  • Public Classes

    My home base is Hertfordshire where you will find me teaching five public classes a week but right now I am based in India until July so all public classes are on pause. Please refer to my online offerings during this time.

  • Online Yoga

    I offer private and small group online Yoga. These carefully curated classes offer a taste of Hatha Yoga as taught in the Himalayas of India; a time-tested and highly effective practise fusing Asana (postures), Pranayama (breath work) and Meditation.
